PREMUS 2016 Toronto

We’re looking forward to seeing you at PREMUS 2016!

PREMUS 2016, the 9th International Scientific Conference on the Prevention of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders, is now just days away! The Hosting Committee at the Institute for Work & Health (IWH) is all set to welcome 400 delegates from all over the world for four stimulating days of exchange. If you need any help during the conference, please don’t hesitate to ask any of the IWH staff and volunteers. We’ll be the ones wearing the “Ask Me” badges.

Download your program and abstracts

Don’t forget to download your copy of the PREMUS 2016 program if you haven’t already. On top of information about conference sessions, you’ll find a lot of helpful content including speakers’ guidelines, travel tips and social tour descriptions. You can now also read full abstracts of all oral and symposia presentations, also on our website. Poster abstracts will be added to the book of abstracts after the conference wraps up.

Come prepared for hot weather and maybe rain

It’s always a risky proposition predicting the weather more than a few days in advance. But a seven-day forecast suggests that it will be hot and steamy during PREMUS—with temperatures hovering around the high 20s and low 30s at the beginning of the week. So pack some short sleeves, but don’t forget your umbrella, as some rain may be in store. Our best advice: check the forecasts often, especially Environment Canada’s weather information in the link below.
