Interjurisdictional review: Papers prepared for the Expert Advisory Panel
An Expert Advisory Panel established by the Ontario Ministry of Labour is conducting a review of the occupational health and safety (OHS) prevention and enforcement system in Ontario.
This set of papers, prepared by the Institute for Work & Health for the panel, provides descriptions of the OHS system and delivery of prevention services in seven jurisdictions (three Canadian provinces: Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia; the state of Victoria in Australia; the United Kingdom; Germany; and New Zealand).
