Compensation claim duration under three legislations

The goals of this project are:

  • to examine differences in short-term and long-term disability claims across three different benefit programs in Ontario: the pre-1990 Bill 101, 1990-1997 Bill 162, and post-1998 Bill 99 programs
  • to look at how the labour-market earnings of disabled workers have changed under the three programs.
