The relationship between safety and business outcomes

The goal of this project is to answer the following questions:

  • What is the relationship between health and safety outcomes and other business/operational outcomes such as costs, operating revenues, innovation, quality, flexibility and delivery?
  • How do operational best practices affect health and safety outcomes?
  • How to health and safety best practices affect operational outcomes?
