Amna Qureshi
Amna Qureshi is a research administrator at the Institute for Work & Health. She joined the Institute in June 2021, and is supporting multiple projects led by Dr. Monique Gignac, Dr. Arif Jetha, Dr. Aviroop Biswas and Dr. Basak Yanar. Currently, Qureshi is supporting the development of the Job Demands and Accommodation Planning Tool (JDAPT) for the project on Accommodating and Communicating about Episodic Disabilities (ACED) led by Dr. Monique Gignac.
Prior to joining IWH, Qureshi worked at the Lawson Health Research Institute, where she supported physicians and epidemiologists on projects exploring the epidemiology of neurological diseases. Her research interests lie in exploring the workplace experiences of individuals with chronic diseases and disabilities.
Qureshi holds a master’s degree in public health from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
