Kelly Jennings

Kelly Jennings is an independent consultant and principal of Jennings Health Care Consulting, engaged in partnerships with PwC, Verity International and BIG Intelligence Group. 

As a management consultant, Jennings has committed her career exclusively to health care. She has had more than 20 years' experience as an occupational therapist, hospital administrator and management consultant, and has worked in every health-care sector, including rehabilitation, disability management and the private-sector in both Canada and the United States.

Jennings was previously a senior consultant at Hay Group Health Care Consulting for 10 years, where she gained significant experience assisting health-care organizations across Canada to clarify their strategies, improve their organizational design and deliver services more effectively. She also helped shape Ontario's health-care policy landscape through the evaluation of new roles and funding methodologies, and provided training to help leaders be more effective.

Jennings has served as a board member of the YMCA of Oakville and previously held leadership positions with the Nova Scotia Society of Occupational Therapists.

Jennings has a BHSc in occupational therapy and a MHSc in health administration.
