Laura Bogaert is a PhD student at the Institute for Work & Health. She is a PhD candidate in epidemiology at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health and a trainee of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Strategic Training Program in Public Health Policy.
Before joining the Institute in 2013, she worked as an epidemiologist for the Department of National Defence.
Bogaert completed her MSc in population and public health at Simon Fraser University. Her current dissertation is examining the epidemiology of noise-induced hearing loss among Canada’s military population.
