John O'Grady, Chair
John O’Grady is a partner at Prism Economics and Analysis and a consulting economist specializing in labour market and industry analysis. As a visiting senior researcher at the Economic Council of Canada, he studied the impact of compulsory arbitration in the public sector, and the relationship between industrial relations and changes in work organization.
Ian Anderson
Ian Anderson is a vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and a lawyer with practical experience in labour law, workers’ compensation, and constitutional and civil litigation. He founded the workers’ rights group at Parkdale Community Legal Services in Toronto and was the first chair of the workers’ compensation section of the Ontario Bar Association.
Janice Dunlop
Janice Dunlop is senior vice-president of human resources and chief ethics officer at Ontario Power Generation (OPG). Ms. Dunlop is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Rotman Executive HR Program and a member of the Training and Development Advisory Committee for the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.
Dr. Roland Hosein
Dr. Roland Hosein is vice -president of environment, health and safety at General Electric Canada and an associate professor with the department of public health sciences at the University of Toronto. He is a board director at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and at the Canadian Standards Association Group. He is also a member of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board's Research Advisory Council, and heads the Canadian delegation to ISO Plenaries on Environmental Management and Nanotechnology.
Steve Mahoney
The Honourable Steve Mahoney is chair of the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and a former Liberal MP and federal cabinet minister. For nearly three decades, he served in all levels of government and was appointed secretary of state for Crown Corporations on the federal cabinet. He is widely regarded as a champion of affordable housing in Canada.

Rosemary McCarney is the president and chief executive officer for Plan International Canada (formerly Foster Parents Plan) and the former executive director of Street Kids International. She has lived and worked in more than 50 countries and has published many articles on transboundary issues and public policy.
Daniel McCarthy
Daniel McCarthy is the Canadian director of research and special programs for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. He is responsible for coordinating the union’s shareholder activism program in Canada, which influences corporate behaviour and performance through the filing of shareholder proposals and attendance at company annual general meetings.

Dr. Cameron Mustard
Dr. Cameron Mustard is president and senior scientist at the Institute for Work & Health and a professor in the department of public health sciences at the University of Toronto. He has a background in public health sciences, with an emphasis on epidemiology and health policy.
Dr. Barbara Silverstein
Dr. Barbara Silverstein is research director with the Safety and Health Assessment and Research for Prevention Program (SHARP) at the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. With research expertise in musculoskeletal disorders, she has worked on ergonomic-related issues at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the University of Michigan Center for Ergonomics and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.
Dr. Carolyn Tuohy
Dr. Carolyn Tuohy is a professor with the department of political science at the University of Toronto and a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. She is the author of Policy and Politics in Canada: Institutionalized Ambivilance (Temple University Press 1992), a treatment of Canadian public policy in a comparative perspective.
