Program now available for the virtual event. Explore it now!

The XXII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work will be hosted by Canada from September 20-23, 2021. The theme "Prevention in the Connected Age: Global solutions to achieve safe and healthy work for all" will anchor this key meeting in the global prevention community calendar.

Prevention is on everybody’s mind. In the past year, safety and health at work has emerged as the critical issue around the world. In September 2021, the prevention community will gather together to address this global priority.

This digital event will offer world-class speakers, creative experiences, elevated networking, premium content, and access to thought leaders — all the things you’ve come to expect from the World Congress.

This is your invitation to convene and connect with global colleagues at a critical time. It could be one of the most important meetings you will ever attend.

Registration is now open, and early-bird rates are in effect until July 19, 2021. To register, visit the XXII World Congress website. (If you already registered for the Congress when it was initially going to take place in 2020, you will receive a formal notification by the end of April 2021 with details about your registration. If you do not receive a notification, contact worldcongress2021-registration@icsevents.com.)

The Institute for Work & Health (IWH) and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) are the national co-hosts of the XXII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work. The World Congress, sponsored by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Social Security Association (ISSA), is the world’s largest event for the international occupational health and safety community.
