Siobhan Cardoso

Siobhan Cardoso is a research operations manager and knowledge exchange associate at the Institute for Work & Health. She supports research grant administration, operational planning, and performance reporting, collaborating with the Director of Research Operations to ensure the organization’s research activities run efficiently and effectively.

Since joining the Institute, she has contributed to qualitative studies on organizational change and the use of research in occupational health and safety. Working closely with the Knowledge Transfer and Exchange team, she partners with scientists to engage stakeholders, translate evidence into action, and deliver outreach initiatives that highlight emerging research and issues relevant to stakeholder communities.

Cardoso holds a Master of Education from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and is committed to growing her understanding of how people learn from and apply research.
