The Institute for Work & Health is committed to protecting the privacy of its employees. The Institute's Human Resources Privacy Policy includes guidelines on the collection, storage, use, disclosure and retention of employee personal information.
The Institute makes every effort to obtain consent and inform each employee about the type of information it collects as an employer, how the information is being used and potential disclosure to third parties.
An employee's personal information will not be used or disclosed to a third party for any purpose other than that for which it was collected, unless the Institute is legally required to release the information or the consent of the employee has been obtained.
All IWH employee personal information is stored in a secure area to prevent unauthorized access to the information. The Institute promotes an individual's right to access their personal information.
